As a technical expert, you will collaborate with sales, development, and service teams to optimize solutions and provide support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant engineering field.
• Ability to travel 25% or more especially during training.
• Perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

• Identify and understand complex applications to develop solutions.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams on projects.
• Partner with teams to drive project technical success.
• Resolve technical support requests related to products.
• Support resolution of infield customer complaints.
• Support new product development and improvement projects.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Project Management experience

Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks)

Understanding of manufacturing processes

Mechanical or electrical design background

Proficiency with CRM/Database tools

Skilled in Microsoft Office

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Polymer Engineering

Associate Degree in Engineering with 7 years relevant work experience

Tools

CAD Software (SolidWorks)

Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
