Job summary

Sealed Air designs and delivers packaging solutions with a focus on polymer science and materials engineering. The role targets development of new polymer formulations, processing trials, and collaboration with business teams to uncover unmet needs.

The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage trial logistics and budgets, and explore external partnerships to drive innovation while identifying IP opportunities and staying ahead of regulatory and market trends.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science & Engineering, or Materials Engineering.
• 3–6 years minimum in polymer processing or related industrial/R&D roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute new product development for Industrials applications.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage trial logistics.
• Develop external partnerships to monitor state of the art.
• Identify and pursue IP opportunities.
