Job summary

Concast Inc. in Wanamingo, MN is seeking a General Laborer for the 1st shift in the Poly Plant.

You’ll assist in preparing polymer molds and materials for daily production, performing assembly and manual tasks to ensure top quality thermoset plastic products. You’ll report to the Production Supervisor, engage in safety activities, participate in daily/weekly meetings, and handle mold demolding, cleaning, and material handling.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Production Supervisor for daily assignments.
• Precise work including digital scaling of chemicals and materials.
• Attend daily and weekly meetings to ensure good team communication.
• Participate in safety activities.
• Demold, clean and preparation of polymer molds.
• Handle hardware, fiberglass and materials used in polymer manufacturing.
• Handle aluminum, fiberglass, silicone and steel molds.
• Visually inspect finished product and remove sharp edges with a sanding stone.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management.
