Concast, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Polymer General Laborer to support daily production by preparing polymer molds and materials, performing assembly and manual tasks to uphold high quality standards.

You will work under the Production Supervisor, participate in safety activities, and handle various polymer molds and materials in indoor/outdoor settings, emphasizing precision and teamwork.

• Carry out other duties assigned by management as needed.

The Role

The Polymer General Laborer plays a key part in Concast’s production process, preparing polymer molds and materials for daily production. This role involves a combination of assembly, preparation, and manual labor tasks to ensure thermoset plastic products are of the highest quality standards.

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, and use hands for handling materials and operating equipment.

• Regularly required to lift or carry 25-50 lbs; occasional lifting of heavier materials.
• Requires visual acuity to read measurements, operate tools, and perform quality checks.
• Work performed in both indoor and outdoor manufacturing settings.

Pay & Benefits

Pay range: $24.00 - $26.00/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
