Job summary

Concast Inc. is seeking a Casting General Laborer to support daily manufacturing operations on first shift. You will prepare molds, cast concrete, and ensure quality in a fast-paced environment with on-the-job training provided.

No prior concrete experience required; dependable, safety-minded individuals who are eager to learn are encouraged to apply. Competitive pay and benefits are included to support long-term stability.

Responsibilities

• Clean, assemble, and prepare steel molds for casting.
• Apply release agents and set up molds for production.
• Fill molds with concrete and use vibrators for proper consolidation.
• Assist finishing and curing processes as directed.
• Inspect molds and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas per housekeeping standards.
