SNF Holding Company is seeking a Loader for its Louisiana facility. The role involves packaging finished polyacrylamide powder into 50–55 lb bags or bulk containers, operating bagging equipment, and maintaining accurate documentation.

The position requires ability to lift 55 lbs, read orders, and follow procedures in a fast-paced production setting. Responsibilities include logging data, ensuring proper labeling, and maintaining a clean, safe plant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience requested.
• Ability to read and follow orders and procedures.
• Basic math and ability to lift 55 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Read, follow, and understand bagging procedures.
• Operate bagging machines and troubleshoot issues.
• Log bag weight sheets, blend sheets, and inspections.
• Package finished product and ensure correct labeling.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with regs.
• Identify hazards and wear appropriate PPE.
• Operate forklift and conduct inspections.
• Support environmental, health and safety practices.
