Republic Services is seeking a Polymer Center Lead Operator to guide a team of operators on the Polymer Center floor, ensuring safe, efficient production and compliance with safety and environmental standards.

You will oversee equipment operations, inspections, and collaboration with maintenance to minimize downtime while driving quality and customer satisfaction. This role emphasizes leadership and hands-on operation in a regulated manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or recycling experience.
• Able to direct staff and manage shift operations.
• Strong safety, environmental and quality compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Direct a team of Operators, Forklift Operators, Sorters and other equipment operators.
• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections and ensure safe operations.
• Monitor production and waste, report equipment needs to maintenance, and drive efficiency.
