Job summary

Torrey Holistics is hiring a warehouse/material handler for our Salt Lake City facility. You will gather, weigh, and blend materials per specification, ensure steady raw-material supply to machines, and manage regrind while keeping the grinding area clean.

You will also document material movements for QA and material traceability, and monitor inventory levels daily. This role emphasizes safety, sanitation, and strict adherence to food safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Thorough understanding of facility inventory movement for shipping and inventory control.
• Working knowledge of computer operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Gather, weigh, and blend materials per specification.
• Maintain a steady supply of raw materials to assigned machines and connect the vacuum system.
• Grind material, label and manage regrind, and keep the grinding area organized and clean.
• Document all material movements accurately; complete required paperwork and gather lot control data for Quality Control.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert inventory control when volumes run low.
• Unload bulk resin trailers safely and efficiently.
• Uphold housekeeping, sanitation, and departmental safety standards.
