Job summary

TransPak in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Material Handler to contribute to the warehouse team's safety and efficiency. You will stock, move materials, load/unload trucks, and prepare items for production or shipping, while maintaining an organized facility.

You will follow SOPs, work with teammates in a fast-paced environment, and may participate in continuous improvement projects. Forklift certification or training may be required; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and pass site

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Forklift certification or pallet jack training as required by site.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders or instructions to determine material needs.
• Move freight to/from storage or production areas using manual or mechanical aids.
• Load and unload vehicles; prepare materials for production or shipping.
• Follow SOPs and maintain a safe, efficient workspace.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in improvement projects.
