Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year in blending, mixing, extrusion or plastics/chemical manufacturing.
• Ability to set up/run production machinery and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Basic computer literacy; Microsoft Office at an intermediate level.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and work in a dusty industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate blending and extrusion machinery per procedures.
• Weigh raw materials to match recipes and verify components.
• Monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as needed.
• Inspect output, collect lab samples, and document production logs.
• Maintain housekeeping and comply with safety/EHS standards.
