Information Discovery Services, LLC is seeking a program manager to lead and coordinate all polygraph section functions under the contract. You will oversee scheduling, site logistics, examiner onboarding, and security clearances while liaising with the customer to ensure nationwide coverage.

This role requires collaboration with regional offices, strong organizational skills, and experience with federal customers and independent contractors.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years of related experience.
• Experience with Independent Contractors or Polygraph Examiners.
• Experience communicating with federal customers.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes polygraph schedules based on due dates, priorities, and examiner availability.
• Creates and maintains master and production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinates polygraph site logistics and examiner onboarding.
• Verifies examiner credentials and security clearances.
• Develops reports and maintains security databases.
• Supports invoicing, workload planning, and contract deliverables.
