Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. seeks an experienced polygraph examiner to support investigative efforts under federal guidelines. The role involves conducting examinations, preparing detailed reports, and providing testimony as required for probes and proceedings.

Travel nationwide will be required to support investigations, mentor new hires, and ensure certification maintenance across the program. Strong ethics, attention to detail, and a proven federal examiner background are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional law enforcement experience.
• Graduate of NCCA basic polygraph course or equivalent within last 10 years and active federal polygraph examiner status.
• Experience conducting criminal-specific polygraph examinations.
• Must not have been decertified for ethical violations.
• Ability to gather key information from interviews and communicate findings clearly in writing.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance with standards.
• Experience with major polygraph systems such as Lafayette and/or Limestone.
• Ability to construct valid polygraph questions per federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of the USPS OIG mission, polygraph SOPs, QC protocols, systems, and databases.
• Review and analyze case-related documents and materials.
• Prepare clear reports, MOA, and MOI.
• Provide oral and written testimony for government or USPS OIG proceedings.
• Conduct polygraph examinations in support of investigations.
• Perform quality control reviews for polygraph examinations.
