Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of professional software engineering experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Deep proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate) and Python development.
• Extensive hands-on AWS core services, Lambda, ECS/EKS, and cloud security.
• Proven experience with AI/NLP frameworks such as LangChain, Sierra, or LLM integration APIs.
• Outstanding analytical problem-solving, architectural vision, and cross-functional communication.
• Mandatory residency/work authorization: onsite in New York, NY.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop complex enterprise applications using a polyglot stack (Java and Python).
• Build and deploy scalable microservices on AWS (serverless, containerized).
• Integrate LangChain, Sierra, or similar LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Design high-throughput data processing pipelines and data stores (SQL/NoSQL).
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, security teams, and product managers.
• Ensure code quality with reviews and automated testing across Java and Python.
• Implement security baselines, IAM roles, encryption, and API gateways on AWS.
• Perform performance profiling and capacity tuning for high-load systems.
• Mentor junior engineers on polyglot architecture and best practices.
• Create technical specs, diagrams, and deployment runbooks.
