Job summary

RaceDog Technologies seeks an exceptional Python Backend + AI/ML Engineer specializing in Agentic AI to join our advanced technology team on a full-time onsite basis in New York or Atlanta. You will architect autonomous AI agents, multi-agent workflows, LLM orchestration pipelines, and scalable Python backends.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of software engineering, deep Python expertise, and experience with LangChain/AutoGPT and agent architectures. Apply to lead production-grade AI systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience focusing on Python backend and AI/ML.
• Expertise in Agentic AI systems, multi-agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, vector embeddings, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering.
• Experience building scalable RESTful APIs, asynchronous services, and cloud deployments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Onsite residency in New York, NY or Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy advanced Agentic AI systems and autonomous workflows.
• Develop scalable Python backend microservices and real-time LLM inference support.
• Integrate vector databases and RAG pipelines for enterprise retrieval.
• Optimize LLM performance, token management, and latency across distributed workflows.
• Collaborate with AI researchers, data scientists, and clients to translate research to production.
• Implement safety, guardrails, and security for autonomous agents.
• Mentor teams on AI engineering patterns and prompt design.
• Produce documentation, runbooks, and technical reports.
