Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in environmental compliance or manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of Philippine environmental laws (RA 8749, RA 9275, RA 9003, RA 6969).

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with DENR regulations and permits.
• Monitor air emissions, wastewater, and hazardous waste.
• Prepare and submit environmental reports (SMR, CMR, manifests).
• Liaise with DENR, EMB, and LGUs during inspections and audits.
• Implement EMS and pollution prevention programs.
• Investigate incidents and conduct employee environmental training.
• Analyze and improve production efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Develop process improvement initiatives aligned with sustainability.
• Conduct time/motion studies, workflow optimization, and SOP development.
• Monitor KPIs for efficiency, resource use, and waste reduction.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen programs.
