A leading engineering firm in San Juan is looking for a qualified engineer to perform fieldwork and supervise contractors for environmental permitting projects. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering and has 1-2 years of experience, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must, and you should be willing to travel. The role is full-time and on-site.

Qualifications

• Professional License in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Environmental/Sanitary Engineering courses is required.
• At least 1-2 years of related working experience preferred, but fresh graduates welcome.
• Good oral communication skills and ability to work with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform fieldwork and technical analyses for environmental permitting-related work.

• performs a variety of fieldwork, technical analyses, and supervision of contractors and subconsultants required for delivery of environmental permitting-related work.
• performs fieldwork, compiles, analyzes, and interprets results to determine best course for a variety of manufacturing and development clients.
• Candidate must possess a Professional License in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering & Environmental/ Sanitary Engineering courses.
• At least1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Preferablywith experience in anenvironmentalmanagement , EIA ,EnvironmentalSite Assessment ,EnvironmentalMonitoring and PCO Assistance.
• Familiar with DENR and LLDA requirements is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
