Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in a jewelry workshop as a polisher.
• Strong polishing technique knowledge and rhodium plating experience.
• Experience with gold, silver, platinum, and gemstones.
• Ability to inspect jewelry, identify issues, and perform quality control.
• Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and adaptability.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

The role involves working on intricate sold orders, bridal pieces, and mainline product using gold, silver and platinum. The Polisher collaborates with the polishing team and manager to support high-volume production while proposing and refining finishing techniques.
