Major Food Group is hiring Polishers to join our team at HaSalon!

The hitmakers behind Carbone and ZZ’s Club have joined forces with renowned Israeli chef Eyal Shani to bring his signature concept HaSalon to the heart of Miami Beach. When you visit, expect to experience some of the finest Mediterranean cuisines in the world and the energetic, irresistible vibe that makes this a restaurant like no other. HaSalon may have been born in Tel Aviv, but it was made for the Magic City.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Stock shelves, racks, tables, and service stations with new or transferred supplies.
• Receive, open, unpack, and stock restaurant supplies.
• Polish all glasses and silverware to be used in the dining room.
• Restock the dining room with china, silverware, glassware, utensils, condiments, and linen, and maintain adequate supplies in the work stations when the dining room is open.
• Fold napkins and prepare extra place settings.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 0-1 years of experience working in the service industry.
• Dependable, hard-working, and punctual.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Open availability for both daytime and overnight schedules.
