Job summary

Joia Beach Club in Miami is seeking a Polisher to support the dining room by stocking and maintaining front-of-house supplies. The role includes polishing all glasses and silverware, folding napkins, and setting up additional place settings as needed.

Responsibilities also include receiving and stocking new restaurant supplies, restocking dining areas, and periodically counting inventory to ensure adequate room supplies during service.

• May periodically take physical count of stock or check and mark stock.
