Job summary

The Concrete Cure is hiring a Concrete Coatings Installer (Experienced) in Ada County. This full-time role covers epoxy floors, polished concrete, cement coatings, and sealers for garages, shops, warehouses, and commercial spaces. Strong work history and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Reliable, consistent attendance at shop or job site.
• Your own reliable transportation to daily sites.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• Availability for early starts, overtime, weekends, and overnight travel.
• Verifiable work history with 1–2 years of construction or trades experience.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Able to lift 50–80 lbs repeatedly, kneel, bend and stand 8–10+ hours.
• Comfortable using power tools: grinders, mixers, saws, vacuums.
• Willing to wear PPE: respirator, knee pads, eye/ear protection.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinders and polish to prep concrete.
• Apply epoxy, polyaspartic and cement coatings to specs.
• Repair cracks, spalls and joints before coating.
• Maintain and repair floors.
• Load/unload/clean and maintain equipment daily.
• Keep job sites clean and protect property.
• Follow lead and safety rules.
• Communicate professionally with crew and customers.
