Job description:
Concrete Coatings Installer (Experienced) – Epoxy, Polished Concrete & Grinding
Pay: $20-35/hr depending on experience | Schedule: Full-time, Mon–Fri, start times as early as [6:00 AM], with some overtime and weekends | Location: Ada County, job sites up to 90 miles away
About the Job
This is hard, physical, production-based work. We install epoxy floors, polished concrete, cement coatings and sealers in garages, shops, warehouses and commercial spaces. Jobs run on tight schedules, and when one person doesn’t show up, the whole crew falls behind. We need people who show up every day, on time, ready to work.
If you have grinding, polishing or coatings experience, we want to talk to you and will pay for it. If you don’t but you have solid construction experience and a strong work history, we’ll train the right person.
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Reliable, consistent attendance. You must be at the shop or job site on time every scheduled day. Repeated no-shows or late arrivals mean termination.
- Your own reliable transportation to get to the shop and job sites every day.
- Valid driver’s license [and clean enough driving record to be insurable on company vehicles, if applicable].
- Availability for early starts, overtime, some occasional weekends and some overnight travel when jobs require it.
- Verifiable work history with references. At least [1–2] years of construction or similar hands-on trade experience.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Able to lift 50–80 lbs repeatedly, kneel, bend and stand for 8–10+ hours, and work in hot, cold, dusty and loud conditions.
- Comfortable using power tools: grinders, mixers, saws, vacuums.
- Willing to wear required PPE: respirator, knee pads, eye and ear protection.
What You’ll Do
- Operate walk-behind and hand grinders with diamond tooling to prep and polish concrete
- Measure, mix and apply epoxy, polyaspartic and cement coatings and sealers to spec, with no shortcuts
- Repair cracks, spalls and joints before coating
- Do maintenance and repairs on existing polished, coated and sealed floors
- Load, unload, clean and maintain equipment every day
- Keep job sites clean and protect the customer’s property
- Follow lead and supervisor instructions and all safety rules
- Communicate professionally with the crew and customers

- Experience with HTC, Husqvarna, Lavina
- OSHA 10 or silica safety training
What We Offer
