Job summary

Openkrill is seeking Independent Contractors for Project Lupin to improve AI-powered speech recognition. You will listen to real audio recordings and produce precise, verbatim transcripts, capturing all utterances, hesitations, and non-speech events with accurate timestamps.

This remote, project-based role offers flexible hours and fair pay, with at least 10 hours per week availability required. Training and browser-based tools will be provided.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Polish, including regional accents and informal speech (<140 chars).
• Strong listening comprehension and attention to detail needed for accurate transcripts (<140 chars).
• Ability to produce verbatim transcripts, including stutters, repetitions, and filler words (<140 chars).
• Experience in transcription, annotation, or linguistics is an advantage (<140 chars).

Responsibilities

• Listen to real audio recordings and produce precise, verbatim transcripts with full details.
• Timestamp segments with accuracy and attach speaker labels for conversations.
• Annotate non-speech elements (laughter, background noise, unintelligible audio).
