Qualifications

Responsibilities

Deliver high-end, personalized support to clients regarding premium jewelry collections.
Maintain the prestige of the brand by providing professional, articulate communication in Polish.
Assist with inquiries related to bespoke orders, luxury gift services, and premium shipping logistics.
Resolve customer concerns with grace and attention to detail expected in the luxury goods sector.
Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting the sophistication and high standards of the Pandora legacy.
Manage order processing and account management through our internal CRM systems.
Collaborate with international teams to maintain consistent service quality across touchpoints.
