Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or minimum of 3+ years of related customer service experience.

• Experience working with public entities (CDA, CDOT, CTA, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend evening Homeowner Briefings and assist attendees.
• Prepare participant master lists and enter data into a database.
• Schedule appointments for home inventory and construction work.
