Job summary

Welocalize is seeking a Polish Linguistic Lead Tester to join a long-term project in Austin, Texas. The onsite Lead Tester will oversee the quality of Polish content, coordinate the linguistic team, and be the main point of contact for language leads.

You should be native in Polish with fluency in English, strong communication, and comfortable presenting to managers and clients. This full-time role requires an eligible US work visa and a 9–5 schedule, with W-2 benefits.

Qualifications

• Native-level Polish fluency
• Fluent English
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience in localization/testing helpful
• Experience training/testers beneficial

Responsibilities

• Lead linguistic tasks and coordinate the Polish testing team
• Review copy and provide feedback to testers and clients
• Support onboarding and training of new testers
• Act as liaison for terminology and style issues
• Manage linguistic assets and quality management planning
• Engage with clients and ensure timely task completion
