Welocalize, Inc. is seeking Data Labeling Analysts to support speech and voice AI projects. This 100% onsite role focuses on producing high-quality, structured data from audio and language materials, emphasizing accuracy and repeatable results.

You will evaluate model outputs, perform audits, apply guidelines, and help improve evaluation frameworks while working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment. Local candidates in major US cities are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Polish.
• Strong written communication skills and language fundamentals.
• 1 year of work experience in data labeling, annotation, or content-focused work; or a Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification in a related field.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply guidelines consistently.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Comfort working in structured, process-driven environments.
• Ability to manage time effectively and maintain steady output.
• Willingness to ask questions and elevate when needed.
• Basic familiarity with AI, speech technology, or language data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback.
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior — identifying patterns, edge cases, and failure modes.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully — and flag when they don't reflect real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks, not just executing them.
• Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights clearly.
• Participate in team discussions, calibrations, and stakeholder syncs.
• Partner with leads and cross-functional teams to refine quality standards.
• Document findings in a clear, concise, and actionable way.
