Welocalize, Inc. is seeking a Data Labeling Analyst to support Speech & Voice AI projects in the United States. The role requires native-level Polish and meticulous attention to detail to provide high-quality feedback on AI model outputs.

The position is 100% onsite across multiple cities, with a 40-hour work week and W2 employment. A Bachelor's degree or 1 year of relevant experience is required. VISA sponsorship is not available.

Qualifikationen

• Native-level fluency in Polish.
• 1 year of work experience in data labeling or equivalent, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Comfort working in structured, process-driven environments.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback.
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior to identify patterns and edge cases.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully and flag when they don’t reflect real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks, not just executing them.
• Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights clearly.
• Participate in team discussions, calibrations, and stakeholder syncs.
• Partner with leads and cross-functional teams to refine quality standards.
• Document findings in a clear, concise, and actionable way.
