Job summary

Welo Data in Washington, DC is seeking a Polish-speaking Speech & Voice AI Analyst to join our data labeling team. The role focuses on building high-quality labeled datasets for training speech models, with an emphasis on accuracy and consistency.

This is a full-time, on-site position requiring local candidates or ability to commute; remote work is not available. You will label audio data, transcribe, categorize, and help calibrate quality standards for AI training pipelines.

Qualifications

• Polish language fluency (native level)
• Strong written communication and language fundamentals
• 1 year of data labeling, annotation, or related work; or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume data labeling and annotation across speech datasets
• Follow detailed guidelines to ensure consistency and data integrity
• Label audio data including transcription, categorization, and tagging
• Maintain throughput while meeting quality expectations
• Escalate unclear cases and adapt to evolving guidelines
