Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Public Health, International Development, Public Policy, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in global health program design and management, technical support, and performance management.
• Experience providing technical support to foreign governments and country teams in LMICs.
• Strong analytical skills for policy and program performance metrics.
• Ability to engage with donors, government, private sector and partners.
• Excellent written and oral communication for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support technical engagement and programs for national-level MOU implementation.
• Design, advise on, and advance global health programs and policies aligned with U.S. priorities.
• Provide technical guidance to Posts, local implementers, and foreign governments.
• Contribute to design, selection, and analysis of new instruments and metrics.
• Develop and disseminate technical guidance, tools, and training materials.
• Monitor program performance and propose adaptive strategies.
• Prepare reports and briefings for senior leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.
