Job summary

Credence in Washington, DC is seeking experienced global health and international development professionals to join a G2G Co‑Design Advisor Consultant Pool, supporting the U.S. Department of State’s GHSD.

Advisors may be deployed globally on project‑based assignments to advance the America First Global Health Strategy through design and implementation of G2G health programs. The G2G Advisor will provide high‑level technical, policy, and strategic advisory support to U.S.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Public Health, Public Policy, Public Administration, International Development, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in international development, foreign assistance, health programming, or Government-to-Government initiatives.
• Experience supporting government institutions, including Ministries of Health, Finance, or Planning.
• Demonstrated experience in program design, policy analysis, grantmaking, implementation oversight, or G2G programming.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies in LMICs.

Responsibilities

• Advise U.S. Government Missions and partner governments on the design and implementation of G2G health assistance programs.
• Support the transition of health programs to G2G modalities and ensure alignment with national health strategies.
• Lead workshops, consultations, and multi-stakeholder engagements with ministries and oversight bodies.
• Develop G2G program frameworks, indicators, and financial management structures.
• Coordinate with State Department, CDC, and other interagency partners to deliver results.
