Prior involvement in insurance coverage matters or civil litigation is advantageous.
Ability to manage multiple matters with attention to detail in a small, specialized firm.
Commitment to client advocacy and collaboration within a boutique practice.

Responsibilities

Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
Conduct legal research and analysis on insurance coverage, bad faith, and related matters.
Prepare memos to support litigation strategy and case development.
Evaluate policies and claims and assist with client communications under supervision.
Support negotiations with opposing counsel and participate in hearings as appropriate.
