Qualifications

• Excellent legal research, analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• High degree of professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Represent corporate policyholders in complex insurance coverage litigation and arbitrations.
• Advise clients on insurance recovery strategy and coverage issues.
• Analyze and interpret complex commercial insurance policies.
• Draft coverage analyses, pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Assist clients in securing defense and indemnity coverage for third-party liability claims.
• Support all phases of litigation, including factual development and trial preparation.
