The role focuses on representing policyholders in sophisticated coverage matters and disputes, with substantial responsibility and client contact.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in insurance recovery or policyholder-side coverage counseling.

Responsibilities

• Represent corporate policyholders in complex insurance coverage litigation, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution proceedings across D&O, Cyber, RWI, CGL, Environmental, E&O, and property/BI coverages.
• Advise clients on insurance recovery strategy and a broad range of coverage issues.
• Analyze and interpret complex commercial insurance policies, endorsements, exclusions, and coverage provisions.
• Draft coverage analyses, pleadings, motions, briefs, and substantive legal memoranda.
• Assist clients in securing defense and indemnity coverage for third-party liability claims and other losses.
• Collaborate with clients, insurers, brokers, adjusters, and defense counsel to advance recovery objectives.
• Support all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
