Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in insurance recovery, coverage litigation, or policyholder counseling.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent policyholders in complex insurance coverage litigation, arbitrations, and disputes across D&O, Cyber, RWI, CGL, Environmental, E&O, Property/Business Interruption and other coverages.
• Advise on insurance recovery strategy and coverage issues.
• Interpret complex policies, endorsements, exclusions, and coverage provisions.
• Draft analyses, pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Assist clients in securing defense and indemnity coverage for third-party claims.
• Coordinate with clients, insurers, brokers, adjusters, and defense counsel to advance recovery objectives.
• Support all phases of litigation including discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
