Job summary

KBR’s National Security Solutions team seeks a Policy Team Lead in the Washington, DC area to direct a contractors team delivering policy support to the CIO for a government customer. You will manage technical, engineering, and administrative efforts and brief leadership on milestones and program status.

Requires active TS/SCI clearance, a CS/engineering-related degree, and 8 years in program management. The role interfaces with government customers to ensure policy-driven IT execution and

Qualifications

• CURRENT and ACTIVE TOP SECRET / SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, software engineering, or related technical field.
• 8 years of experience as a project manager.
• Experience with acquisition/procurement strategy including vendor management.
• Experience providing technical materials for senior leaders and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the execution of contractual, technical, engineering, programming, maintenance, and administrative efforts.
• Brief leadership on program progress, status, and milestones.
• Be the primary interface with government customers on technical and project issues.
• Maintain awareness of the mission and potential impacts to that mission.
