Responsibilities

• Promote Hologic as a worldwide leader in women’s health in relevant policy, patient advocacy, and healthcare circles.
• Manage strategies and activities related to federal legislation, public programs, and executive branch affairs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with legislative and executive branch officials, patient and disease groups, industry trade associations, and industry stakeholders to support policy priorities.
• Coordinate internally with cross-functional teams including market access, commercial, legal, and regulatory to identify opportunities to elevate Hologic and advance company priorities.
• Represent Hologic in trade associations, coalitions, patient advocacy organizations, and industry groups to advance priorities and shape advocacy efforts.
• Direct contract lobbyists in support of Hologic’s advocacy objectives.
