Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
• Typically requires a BA degree and 12–15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10–13 years of prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, analysis, and production of finished intelligence on a variety of computer systems and databases to support ODNI's CI, Insider Threat and Security programs, primary support provided to internal CIS vetting process.
• Actively maintain knowledge of current trends, issues, policies, vulnerabilities of current evolving technologies that create a potential CI, InTh, or Security concern; use this knowledge to regularly produce finished materials for ODNI workforce, based on a needs assessment by the corporate CIS staff.
• Produce assessments on Foreign Intelligence Entities (FIE) operations, foreign denial and deception, information operations, counterespionage and economic/industrial espionage, technology protection and illicit technology transfer, investigations support, SCRM, support to research development and acquisition, and critical asset protection.
• Produce assessments of current threats and trends based on high level collection, research, and analysis of classified and open-source information.
• Inform the corporate CI staff of trends with potential CI and insider threat implications for the ODNI.
• As directed, support and complete other as hoc responsibilities within the scope of Stormbreaker PWS in order to assist the CIS program office with meeting its mission, goals, and obligations.
