Job summary

Randstad USA partners with a leading financial services organization on a 12-month contract focused on policy governance and regulatory documentation. On-site work is required per office policy, with potential for extension.

The role targets 3–6+ years in regulatory, compliance or audit, plus strong organization and communication skills. Familiarity with Confluence, SharePoint or ServiceNow is a plus, and AI tools will enhance documentation and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in regulatory, compliance or audit.
• Experience with governance frameworks and policy management.
• Ability to document and maintain auditable records.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate policy and standards governance, tracking changes, approvals, ownership and effective dates.
• Build and maintain an auditable history of policy/standards changes and regulatory documentation.
• Support governance meetings, including agendas, pre-reads, minutes, decisions and action items.
• Organize policy content using Confluence, SharePoint or ServiceNow.
• Assist with regulatory/audit documentation, issue tracking and action plans.
• Use approved AI tools to streamline documentation, meeting outputs, change logs and executive summaries.
• Help improve processes for drafting, reviewing, approving and maintaining policies and standards.
