Job summary

United Risk is seeking a Policy Services Specialist to support administration and servicing of insurance policies across the policy lifecycle. This role involves submission processing, binding support, inspections, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations, with proactive policyholder communication.

You will work with brokers, policyholders, underwriters, and internal departments to resolve routine issues and maintain accurate records in a timely fashion.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn new systems and technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and servicing of insurance policies throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Process submissions, provide binding support, inspections, and manage endorsements, renewals, cancellations.
• Maintain accurate policy records and respond to service requests in a timely manner.

The Policy Services Specialist is responsible for supporting the administration and servicing of insurance policies throughout the policy lifecycle, including submission processing, binding support, inspections, policy changes, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and policyholder communications. The position also supports the preparation and delivery of policy notices and other required documentation in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

The Policy Services Specialist works directly with brokers, policyholders, underwriters, and internal departments to respond to service requests, resolve routine issues, and maintain accurate policy records on a timely basis.

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
