Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Customer Care/Support.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel.
• 1-2 years in an insurance or accounting environment preferred.
• Industry certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with Security Mutual products and procedures strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process policy surrenders, cancellations, 1035 exchanges, and rollovers with accuracy.
• Handle beneficiary changes, policy assignments, and related notices.
• Process contract changes, reinstatements, and projections using product knowledge.
• Provide internal and external customer service, including forms mailing and inquiries.
• Review policy status and reports to ensure timely and accurate work.
• Assist with departmental training as needed.
