Job summary

KeyBank Overland Park requires a detail-oriented professional to coordinate servicer reviews, site visits for rating agencies, and audits ensuring investor submission compliance. You will develop and maintain the Policies & Procedures Program and manage annual compliance with deadlines.

The role demands strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, aligned with KCIS policies. Primary duties include testing servicing policies, documenting exceptions, and preparing reports for KCIS

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent job-related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in financial services or real estate compliance/audits is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve servicer ratings by coordinating data for rating agencies and on-site visits.
• Coordinate and conduct external and internal audits and reviews.
• Develop and maintain the Policies & Procedures Program in line with laws and internal findings.
• Sample and test servicing policies and document compliance variances with corrective actions.
• Coordinate annual compliance obligations and timely certifications and reports.
• Complete special projects as directed by KCIS Leadership.
