Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in policy analysis and quality assurance within complex systems.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards (ISO 9001, CMMI, ITIL).
• Excellent analytical and writing skills; ability to translate business process changes into actionable policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct an enterprise-wide review of existing company policies and SOPs.
• Collaborate with policy and process owners to draft or revise policies.
• Develop and oversee the testing strategy across all systems.
