Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year supervisory and leadership experience or completion of CSL Plasma Leadership Development program.
• At least 1 year of quality experience required.
• Ability to monitor compliance with government and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage adherence to SOPs and quality systems to ensure inspection readiness.
• Oversee the Quality Control program and manage compliance-related processes.
• Conduct recruitment, hiring, and performance reviews for team members.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.
• Monitor CAPA effectiveness to resolve issues.
