Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in financial services, lending, or working with policies and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with bank personnel at all levels.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, be detail oriented, prioritize workflows, and handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Corporate PPMs, LPMs and ISP&Ps.
• Maintain annual review list of Regulatory PPMs and ensure charts are current.
• Write and distribute Circulars as requested by policy owners.
• Provide technical assistance regarding Corporate PPMs, LPMs & ISP&P, and Circulars.
• Oversee Compliance ABA and other training records.
• Oversee Compliance retention forms.
