What You’ll Be Doing:

• Connect with Clients (Virtually): Chat with members to understand their goals and walk them through their benefit options
• Make Insurance Human: Explain policies and coverage in a clear, caring way
• Support and Follow Up: Be a go-to resource for your clients—before, during, and after the process
• Build Relationships: Stay in touch, provide updates, and help with life changes as they happen
• Stay Organized & Compliant: Keep everything on track and on the record
