Qualifications

• Must have U.S. Citizenship with an active TS/SCI clearance (SCI eligible counts).
• Master's degree in related field and 12 years related experience.
• Experience with preparing executive presentations.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented and excellent time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Employ solution architecture and system engineering principles to analyze, diagnose, and design solutions across Systems Engineering activities.
• Draft and revise policies and procedures aligned with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Perform complex architecture work in design, evaluation, planning, testing, and operation for system development and research.
• Collaborate with senior personnel, program managers, and external organizations on complex technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain systems engineering documentation and diagrams/models.
• Lead the development of business process maps using standard methodologies and toolsets.
