Job summary

StaffMed Health Partners seeks a seasoned nurse leader to own enterprise policy governance, standard-setting, and documentation across multiple clinics in Florida. You will lead policy development, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive quality initiatives in a hybrid work setting, traveling to Florida locations as needed.

The role requires a BSN, 5+ years of nursing experience, and 3+ years in policy development, document control, or regulatory areas, with strong writing and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• 5+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• 3+ years in healthcare policy development, document control, regulatory compliance, accreditation, quality, or nursing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead enterprise policy governance framework.
• Oversee policies, procedures, standing orders, scope of practice documents, clinical forms, consents, and documentation tools.
• Manage the enterprise policy library and document management system.
• Establish standards for document control, version management, approval workflows, publication, and archival.
• Partner with clinical, operational, compliance, legal, and executive stakeholders to develop governed documentation.
• Monitor regulatory changes, conduct governance audits, and support surveys and corrective action planning.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to improve policy review compliance and workflow performance.
• Hybrid work environment with travel up to 25 percent across Florida clinic locations.
