Job summary

St. Luke’s Hospital seeks a lead for organizational policy governance, regulatory readiness, and quality-related compliance activities.

You will partner with Quality, Patient Safety, Compliance, Regulatory, and operational leaders to ensure alignment with accreditation standards (e.g., TJC, CMS) and to support survey readiness and continuous improvement efforts. Education and experience include a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field and 3–5 years in healthcare settings

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare settings (hospital, health system, or clinical administration).
• Experience with policy development, review, approval, and document control processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational policy governance and regulatory readiness.
• Coordinate with Quality, Patient Safety, Compliance, Regulatory, and operations leaders.

Position Summary:

Serve as the lead for organizational policy governance, regulatory readiness, and quality-related compliance activities. Partner with Quality, Patient Safety, Compliance, Regulatory, and operational leaders to ensure alignment with accreditation and regulatory standards (e.g., TJC, CMS) and to support survey readiness and continuous improvement efforts.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

Education : Bachelor’s degree in one of the following or a closely related field (preferred) - Healthcare Administration, Health Services Administration, Nursing or other clinical discipline, Business Administration, Quality Management

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in one or more of the following healthcare settings - Hospital or health system, Healthcare quality, patient safety, or performance improvement, Policy management, regulatory compliance, or accreditation support, Healthcare operations or clinical administration.

Demonstrated experience with Policy development, review, approval, and document control processes, Regulatory and accreditation standards (e.g., TJC, CMS), Survey readiness activities, audits, or tracers, Interdisciplinary collaboration with clinical and non-clinical leaders.
