Job summary

GEICO is seeking a contract analyst to create, review, and update insurance policies and forms ensuring regulatory compliance across Auto, Boat, Motorcycle, RV and Umbrella products.

The role requires collaboration with product managers and teams across Tech and Legal, combining attention to detail with strong writing and research abilities to meet deadlines and drive compliant policy language.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or currently pursuing is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in Underwriting, Contracts, Compliance, or Claims is preferred.
• Understanding of state insurance regulations, policy language and research techniques.
• Draft and review policy documents and understand contractual language.
• Strong research and writing skills, and an eagerness to be involved in a dynamic company
• Ability to quickly digest and understand business, processes, and procedures
• Demonstrated experience problem solving
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, both legal and non-legal.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, maintain, and update insurance policies and forms to ensure compliance with state legal and regulatory requirements and to support business goals.
• Work with product managers and teams across Tech, Legal, and other departments to ensure accurate policy language.
• Handle multiple policy projects with deadlines and demonstrate strong writing and communication skills.
