Job summary

GEICO is seeking a contract analyst in a Hybrid role based in Tucson, AZ. You will create, review, maintain, and update insurance policies and forms to ensure compliance with state regulations while supporting multiple product lines including Auto, Boat, Motorcycle, RV, and Umbrella.

You will partner with product managers, Tech, and Legal teams to drive compliant and effective documentation. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong writing, research, and organizational skills, handles multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years experience in underwriting, contracts, compliance, or claims is preferred.
• Understanding of state insurance regulations and policy language.
• Draft and review policy documents and contractual language.
• Strong research and writing skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, maintain, and update insurance policies and forms to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support business goals across Auto, Boat, Motorcycle, RV, and Umbrella products.
• Collaborate with product managers and teams across Tech, Legal, and other departments.
• Demonstrate time management, critical thinking, and multi-project handling.
